This privacy policy applies to the collection of personal data on our website and our subsequent processing of this data.
3. Collection and storage of personal data as well as the nature and purpose of processing these data
a. When visiting the website
When you visit our website be.eos-solutions.com, the browser you use on your device automatically sends information to our websites server. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is collected without your intervention and stored until it is automatically deleted after 7 days:
- • IP address of the requesting computer,
- • date and time of access,
- • name and URL of the retrieved file,
- • website from which access is made (referrer URL),
- • website that is accessed through our website;
- • browser that is used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer as well as the name of your access provider.
We process the data listed for the following purposes:
- • ensuring a smooth connection to our website,
- • ensuring ease of use of our website,
- • evaluation of system security and stability, as well as
- • for other administrative purposes.
The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) No. 1 (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is based on the purposes for data collection listed above. We do not under any circumstances use the data we collected to draw conclusions about your identity.
In addition, we use cookies and analysis services when you visit our website. For more information in this regard, please refer to No. 5 and 6 of this privacy policy.
b. When contacting us via our contact form or email address
We offer you the opportunity to contact us via a contact form that we provide on our website to submit any questions you may have for us. When you make use of these services, we need you to provide us with a valid email address so that we know who the request came from and for us to be able to respond to it. Alternatively, you can get in touch by sending us an email. In this case, the personal data you transmit by email will be stored by us.
The data processing we undertake for the purpose of establishing contact is done in accordance with Art. 6 No. 1 (f) GDPR. If we establish contact for purposes of concluding or fulfilling a contract, the additional legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 No. 1 (b) GDPR.
Unless we have a legal entitlement or obligation for further processing, the personal data collected by us will be deleted after the purpose for this has been achieved.
c. When using the payment function
Our website offers you the opportunity to make payments.
In order to make a payment, it is necessary that the required payment information is forwarded to the payment service provider of your choice (e.g. to the credit card institute when selecting the payment method "credit card").
Data processing for the purpose of payment is carried out in accordance with Article 6 (1) point b) GDPR or, if the payment is intended for the claim of a third party, in accordance with Article 6 (1) point f) GDPR.
The personal data required for the execution of a payment will be deleted after fulfillment of the purpose, unless we are legally entitled or obliged for further processing.
d. Myra Security
Our website uses the services of Myra Security GmbH (DE), Landsberger Str. 187, 80687 Munich. The purpose of the service is for secure encrypted data transmission on the Internet (SSL), to improve worldwide website performance through the Myra Content Delivery Network (CDN) and to improve security and protection against hacker attacks through the Myra Hyperscale Web Application Firewall (WAF). The legal basis for data processing is therefore our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The service is mandatory for the technical security of our website. 4. Passing on of data
We will only pass on your personal data to other companies of the EOS Group or other service providers (e.g. payment service providers) if:
- • you have given your express consent for one or more specific purposes in accordance with Art. 6 (1) No. 1 (a) GDPR ,
- • the disclosure is required in accordance with Art. 6 (1) No. 1 (f) GDPR in order to assert, exercise or defend legal claims, and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in not disclosing your data,
- • in the event that there is a legal obligation for disclosure in accordance with Art. 6 (1) No. 1 (c) GDPR,
- • if this is legally permissible and required for processing contractual relationships with you in accordance with Art. 6 (1) No. 1 (b) GDPR, and
- • if we have the data managed on behalf of the company in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
Your personal data will never be transferred to a third party for purposes other than those listed here.
5. Cookies

6. Analysis tools
The range measurement listed below and used by us is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR. With the used range measurement we want to ensure a demand-oriented design and the continuous optimization of our website. Furthermore, we use range measurement to statistically record and evaluate the use of our website. These interests are to be regarded as legitimate within the meaning of the provision.
ETRACKER
The provider of this website uses the services of etracker GmbH, Hamburg, Germany (www.etracker.com) to analyse usage data. No cookies are used in this process. The data generated with etracker is processed and stored by etracker solely in Germany by commission of the provider of this website and is thus subject to strict German and European data protection laws and standards. In this regard, etracker was checked, certified and awarded with the ePrivacyseal data protection seal of approval.
As the privacy of our visitors is very important to us, etracker anonymizes the IP address as early as possible. Login or device IDs are converted into a unique key which, however, can’t be connected to any specific person. etracker does not use it for any other purpose, combines it with other data or passes it on to third parties.

7. Rights of data subjects
You have the right:
- • in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR, to request information about your personal data that has been processed by us. In particular, you may request information on the purposes of the processing, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned period for which the data will be stored; you have the right to have processing of your personal data corrected, deleted or restricted and the right to withdraw your consent for such processing; you have the right to lodge a complaint and to obtain information regarding the source of your data if it was not collected by us, as well as regarding the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, where appropriate, conclusive information regarding the details thereof;
- • in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR, to request immediate correction of incorrect data or completion of your personal data stored by us;
- • in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, to request deletion of your personal data stored by us, except where the processing of such data is required in order to exercise the right of freedom of expression and information, to comply with a legal obligation, for reasons of pub-lic interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims;
- • in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR, to request that the processing of your personal data is restricted if the accuracy of the data is con-tested by you, if the processing is unlawful but you oppose deletion and we no longer need the data, but you require this to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or if you have objected to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR;

8. Right to withdraw and right to object
If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 (1) No. 1 (f) GDPR, you have the right to file an objection against the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR, provided that there are reasons for this arising from your particular situation or the objection is directed against direct advertising. In the latter case, you have a general right to object, which will be implemented by us without your needing to cite a particular situation.

9. Data security
For visits to our website, we use the popular SSL (Secure Socket Layer) process in conjunction with the highest level of encryption that your browser supports. This is usually a 256-bit encryption - but if your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, well use 128-bit v3 technology instead. A closed key or padlock icon in the bottom status bar of your browser indicates that transmission of an individual website page is encrypted.
We also use appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, par-tial or total loss, destruction or unauthorised access by third parties.
