Where can I find my claim number?

The claim number is required, for example, to make a payment directly on the homepage, or to speed up processing by telephone contact with us. You will find the claim number on the letter that you received from the respective EOS company. The 11-digit number is in the box at the top right under the telephone number and the postal address. Whenever you enter your claim number in the Serviceportal, please use only the 11-digit number in front of the letters.
